Ms. Hutchinson is an experienced Eviction Attorney in Katy, Texas and has been practicing for over 30 years. Representing both tenants and landlords, Ms. Hutchinson offers advice and representation to those in rental situations whether it be protecting and defending tenant rights or landlords seeking either possession of their property or back rent due. Evictions

Ms. Hutchinson offers a flat fee rate to handle the entire eviction process for you beginning with the Notice to Vacate through the Writ of Possession. Get possession to your property back! She also assists in the drafting of notices and the petition to evict should you wish to proceed without her legal representation.
Landlord & Tenant Law
Ms. Hutchinson represents both Landlords and Tenants with issues including nonpayment of rent, early termination of lease, maintenance neglect, damage to the property, habitability, health and safety violations, issues with your management office, retaliation by the landlord and security deposit issues including unreturned deposits and demands by Landlords for additional monies owed. The firm also provides guidance on lease drafting and lease review so that all is in compliance with Texas law.
Wills
Ms. Hutchinson provide a Will package to her Clients which includes the Last Will & Testament, Medical Power of Attorney, Statutory Durable Power of Attorney & Directive to Physician all for a flat fee rate. The fee also includes consulting with Clients prior to drafting the Will to discuss its contents, and also includes the signing ceremony at her office so all documents are executed properly.
Probate
Probate is the process of transferring property and title from the Decedent (the person who died) to their legal heirs and beneficiaries. This process can be done with or without a Will left by the Decedent. Ms. Hutchinson assists families and heirs with the probate process so that an Executor can be named, Letters Testamentary issued and distribution of the assets and property of the estate can begin. The Executor named in the Will, or a spouse, heir, creditor or devisee are all eligible to begin the probate process by filing an application to probate with the Court.
Debt Collection & Settlement
Ms. Hutchinson represents both consumer & commercial clients who are pursuing monies owed to them via personal loans, contractual loans, and/or business loans. The process begins with a firm demand letter and the filing of a suit against the debtor, if necessary.
She also represents both consumer & commercial clients being sued for unpaid debts. Her representation includes working with creditors to settle and reduce the amount owed and instituting a manageable repayment plan to retire your date. Ms. Hutchinson worked for years for creditors and is well versed on how they settle for lesser amounts and typically accept reasonable monthly payment plans.
